Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers! The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed. As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience! This is a 6 month Fixed Term, full-time position: Sunday – Thursday, 8am – 430pm OR Tuesday – Saturday, 8am – 430pm This role is 40 hours / week with a pay rate of $28.26/hr This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you. We are looking for someone who: Can be on their feet for long periods of time. Is physically fit and able Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work Understands the customers’ needs and can create a great experience for them. Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience. Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional. Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving.
