Job Description To compliment our Livestock team, we are seeking a fast paced, detail-oriented person to undertake the role of Livestock Space Co-ordinator. The position is broad, and no two days will be the same! The key areas of responsibility are customer service and administration. Some of your daily tasks will include: Processing supplier payments Updating process documentation Reporting on all livestock movements Setting up new suppliers Assisting with customer queries and supplier requests Collate and distribute a weekly processing plan Supporting the regional team with livestock targets This position is based at our Head Office in Horotiu. Qualifications Some key qualities we are looking for are: Proficiency in Microsoft, particularly excel Good communication skills Advantage if worked in logistics, but not essential You’ll enjoy working with numbers and people, and the challenge of problem solving will excite you! A passion for data interpretation and processes will be backed up by your high levels of accuracy. Previous exposure to the rural or primary sector may be an advantage but is not essential.
