Inline Group is on the hunt for an experienced Office Manager to take charge of our finance and administration functions. Based in Gisborne, this full-time role plays a key part in our leadership team and offers a great mix of responsibility, autonomy, and team collaboration. You’ll be the backbone of our business administration operations, responsible for leading the finance and administration team and ensuring everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. From managing monthly accounts and preparing financial reports, to processing payroll, overseeing payments, and keeping our admin systems in check — you’ll have a hand in all the essential functions that keep the wheels turning. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders, providing financial insight, helping guide business decisions, and supporting a team of capable administrators. This is a role where you can take real ownership, make meaningful improvements, and be valued as a key part of our leadership group. In this role you’ll: * Lead the finance and admin functions across the business * Oversee payroll, accounts, payments, and reporting * Manage a small admin team * Maintain financial systems and monthly accounts * Provide reporting to the GM and management team * Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes What you’ll bring: * Proven experience in an office or finance management role * Sound knowledge of accounting systems and payroll * Strong leadership and team coordination skills * Proficiency in software like Accredo, IMS Payroll, and Tradie on the Move (or similar) * A proactive mindset and strong communication skills We’re a values-based business with a friendly, down-to-earth culture — and we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, responsive, and resourceful.
