This job offers a unique opportunity to be part of the senior management team and create and shape the theatre services team from scratch. A hands on, can do management position, you will provide professional nursing leadership and clinical management, oversee daily clinical operations and supply chain, recruit and manage your team and support the efficient delivery of high quality patient care. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead the operational and clinical aspects of 2 operating theatres and the associated supply chain. * Build your team from scratch. Recruit, train and support your people - enhancing their strengths while fostering a collaborative, efficient environment. You will play a key role in shaping the culture and team dynamics. * Oversee the implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions * Work closely with the GM and the Perioperative Services Manager and collaborate with other key stakeholders to contribute to the overall success of the surgical centre * You'll be part of a small team with all hands on deck required.
