Key Responsibilities • Personal care & mobility support – respectful assistance with morning routine, transfers, equipment. • Household management – laundry, tidying, surfaces, linens, light cleaning. • Meal preparation & nutrition – plan and cook simple, nutritious lunches/snacks. • Errands & administration – groceries, prescriptions, mail, basic digital/phone tasks. • Transportation – drive a modern wheelchair‑accessible van to local appointments. • Privacy & professionalism – maintain discretion, cultural safety, and a can‑do attitude. What “Success” Looks Like (KPIs) • Client feels respected, supported, and ready for the day. • Home remains clean, safe, and welcoming. • Errands/admin tasks completed accurately within agreed timeframes. • Van driven smoothly; on‑time arrivals, zero safety incidents. • Unobtrusive, trusted presence protecting privacy at all times. Requirements • Live within easy commute of Wellington’s western suburbs & have reliable transport. • Full NZ driver’s licence & confidence driving a van. • At least 6 months’ experience in disability support, hospitality, hotels, or domestic service. • Physically fit, COVID‑19 vaccinated, able to pass police vetting. • Compassion, professionalism, tech‑savvy mindset, commitment to learning.
