About you You're a natural leader who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You'll bring: * Minimum 3 years' caregiving experience (Level 4 NZ Health & Wellbeing qualification or working towards it preferred). * Dementia level experience * Confidence using computers and strong admin skills. * Great communication and relationship-building skills. * Empathy, resilience, and a "firm but fair" approach. * Excellent time management and attention to detail. * Eligibility to work in NZ permanently. * Availability to work the advertised hours.
