Description

In this role you will: • Support residents in our Community Home in Clouston Park, Upper Hutt City to lead engaging and fulfilling lives • Follow care plans that enable residents in their health and wellbeing • Work collaboratively with the Rehabilitation Team to support residents to achieve lifestyle goals and community connections • Continue to achieve NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate levels with support of your manager and Workforce Development team About You The ideal person for our team is interested in supporting people and has good communication skills.
