Broadview Lifecare is an 85-bed Care Home and Hospital with a 27-unit Village situated in a rural setting. We provide care to five service levels (inclusive of a Mental Health Recovery unit), which is a unique service providing greater learning opportunities for staff. About Our Role: * Broadview Lifecare, located in Beautiful Whanganui * Permanent part-time (20 hours per week) * AM, PM, Nights and weekends We have a fantastic opportunity for Caregiver with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere Your Skills and Experience: * Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. * Minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing) * Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude. * A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
