A creative abstract design in genuine New Zealand greenstone - nephrite -jade-pounamu. The stone is mostly a dark rich green with some inclusions. It is a symbolic carving that represents the unborn child (the suspended bead) and mother. It is our connection to our whanau. This is a one off original design. 65mm high, 50 mm at the widest point across, and 5mm deep at the widest point. Check out the image of the pendant being worn. The 2 beads allow the cord to be adjusted by sliding along. This means that the toki can be hung high close to the neck or lower on the chest. There is a bead that sits on top of the pendant to help keep the cord in place and is a partner for the large bead that is suspended with matching cord. Check out my other jade and marble carving listings and check out the Patu. I am happy to combine postage, just click on "pick up" for second item. I have been carving jade and other hard stones for 30 years and am still passionate as ever and love creating taonga for people other than wear. Cheers, Sharon Painter-Arps
