Role Overview You will be instrumental in: * Building and managing a pipeline of projects in industrial and commercial sectors * Nurturing new client relationships and strengthening existing ones * Drafting compelling tender submissions, bid documents, and quotations * Guiding prospective clients through why Inventive Designs is their best choice * Collaborating with technical teams to ensure quotes are technically sound and aligned with client needs and project feasibility Location flexible – Auckland, Tauranga, Waikato Central Key Responsibilities: * Develop targeted project leads and relationships with new and existing clients. * Compose and deliver technically informed tender responses and quotes. * Translate engineering processes into clear, customer-centric proposals * Track quote progress and follow up effectively to close opportunities. * Coordinate internally to align proposals with technical and commercial requirements. About You (Ideal Candidate): * Background in engineering * Experience in client-facing or sales/estimation roles in technical fields * Strong written communication—capable of producing clear, articulated tender documents * Customer-focused, professional, integral, and articulate. * Proactive and self-motivated—able to manage pipelines and follow through on client interactions. * New Zealand Permanent Resident or Citizen.
