Our pursuit of excellence empowers New Zealand exporters to compete effectively in global markets. **About the Role:** As a Plant Coordinator your primary responsibilities will include refuelling repairs and machinery coordination. You will work closely with our team of mechanics and various third-party contractors in the mechanical engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven history of mechanical aptitude or working around machinery preferably a qualified mechanic. **Status:** Permanent role 4 on 4 off roster working nightshift 1600-0400 **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate bulk fuel truck to deliver fuel into port machinery (Class 2 vehicle) * Carry out basic machinery repairs and keep the workplace work truck and toolboxes clean and tidy. * Maintain a safe work environment and report all health and safety incidents. * Inspect and report on damage or abusive operation of machinery. **Attributes required:** * Proven history of mechanical aptitude or working around machinery * Level 4 qualification in the automotive industry preferred * Class 2 licence dangerous goods endorsement “F” endorsement OSH Forklift Certificate **What we can offer you:** * $37-$39 + Health Insurance * We are an essential industry there is always work available * All tooling training equipment with the best PPE gear provided * Free health insurance plus other great staff benefits * Become part of a supportive team environment **Why QUBE?** Qube recognises the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
