Service and maintain our parcel and letter sorting machinery, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meeting our operational needs. We are seeking expressions of interests from mechanical, electrical or maintenance engineers. Mou - About youAs either an experienced maintenance engineer, electrician, or service technician, you'll enjoy fault finding and be a practical problem solver who is calm and logical under pressure, ensuring any breakdowns get back on track as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You'll need a positive and flexible attitude and enjoy playing an important role in delivering what our customers care about. Alongside the above, you'll couple this with; * Either New Zealand Electrical Registration or Electrical Service Technician Registration with papers A B OR * A Mechanical Engineering qualification * 2 years minimum as an electrical/mechanical technician * Control system or programming experience is desirable Haora Mahi - Hours / Roster All our technicians must be prepared to work a rotational roster, which will include a mix of day, afternoon and night shifts, including a weekend day. You will work closely with our team of mechanics and various third-party contractors in the mechanical engineering team.
