Here at Tanker Solutions, we are the leading manufacturer of Fuel Tankers in New Zealand. We are seeking a Fitter Welder and all rounder for our team in Porirua, With no two days the same you will be responsible for manufacturing heavy transport vehicles, we have some exciting upcoming build projects for leading fuel suppliers and we are expanding our branch rapidly! Each day can be quite different; engineering work is varied and can involve fitting, machining, welding, maintenance, repair, hydraulics, pneumatics and/or fabrication. We want to hear from you if you tick the following boxes; - KEY EXPECTATIONS - Experience working with Hydraulics and Pneumatic's - Ability to work with Light / Heavy steel & Aluminum - Have / Or can pass mig welding tickets - Ability to read and follow drawings - Install manufactured parts, and supplied parts to tanker - To build & service fuel tankers and trailers, and any other equipment as may be necessary from time to time as directed. - Team player - Self-motivated - Willing to learn - Heavy Transport Fabrication Knowledge - Class 1 Drivers Licence - Class 2/4 license advantageous - Pass a pre-employment drug test We are a value driven company, who believes in the value of our staff.
