Wellington TOP10 Holiday Park is seeking a dedicated and responsible On-Call Duty Manager to join our team. This live-in role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support our park operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience while maintaining the smooth running of our facilities. The successful candidate will be proactive, approachable, and capable of handling diverse situations with professionalism and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily park operations during on-call shifts, including guest inquiries, safety, and emergency response. * Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly. * Coordinate with housekeeping, grounds staff, and office personnel as needed. * Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times. * Manage late-night or emergency situations efficiently and calmly. * Maintain accurate records of incidents and maintenance issues. Qualifications & Skills: * Previous experience in the holiday park industry preferred. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies. * Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Valid driver’s license preferred. * Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
