About the role An on site and hands on role, you will balance between assisting the team with the physical works and keeping things rolling on site. Planning and programming of project works, organising materials, plant, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Provide training and mentorship to junior site staff and guide their development. Maintain high Health & Safety standards and ensure others on site adhere to good Health & Safety practices. Managing and completing daily site diaries, Quality and Health & Safety paperwork. About you A natural leader, you will lead by example, getting stuck in with the team and guiding / training junior staff as you work Experience in the anchoring and drilling in civil construction industry Full, clean NZ Class 1 driver license Have New Zealand Residency or a valid work visa Be physically fit.
