About the role An on site and hands on role, you will balance between assisting the team with the physical works and keeping things rolling on site. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will arrange, direct, and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure works meet the projects commercial, quality, and environmental objectives. Planning and programming of project works, organising materials, plant, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Provide training and mentorship to junior site staff and guide their development. Maintain high Health & Safety standards and ensure others on site adhere to good Health & Safety practices. Managing and completing daily site diaries, Quality and Health & Safety paperwork.
