We are seeking an experienced Paint Shop Manager** to lead and oversee the operations of our standalone store. Key Responsibilities** * Business Unit Leadership** · Manage all aspects of running a standalone store, from daily operations to long-term strategy. · Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve performance targets. * Inventory Management** · Oversee the full end-to-end inventory process - ordering, receiving, storage, stock control, and loss prevention. · Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand and minimise waste. * Health & Safety Compliance** · Ensure all operations comply with New Zealand health, safety, and environmental standards. · Promote a culture of safe work practices among staff and customers. * Financial Management** · Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability. · Manage sales reporting, KPI tracking, and cost control measures. * Sales & Customer Service** · Drive sales generation through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and upselling techniques. · Build strong relationships with retail and trade customers.
