Vintage Mid Century designer Teak occasional chair with original wool upholstery

#1 This Auction is for a unique Vintage Mid Century chair in fantastic original condition. Note; auction is for ONE CHAIR but I have another identical chair if required, see my other listing #5481624744 for matching chair and pics of both chairs together. I have no doubt this chair and the other matching chair are bespoke mid century chairs (c60-70s) designed by an architect or designer for a specific building and not a mass produced item. Ernst Plischke, Vladimir Cacala, Bruce Rotherham are just a few of the well regarded NZ mid century Architects known to do this. Craftsmanship, crisp angles, mitered joints, subtle compound curves, original wool upholstery, restrained minimalism and glowing Teak, It's all about the details with these chairs and unlike many things online these days they're so much nicer in the flesh. It's difficult to put a price on chairs with no comps but I have researched these chairs for years and I am yet to find another.
