* Tuesday - Friday 12am - 8am * Full on job training provided * $24.00/ hour + $5.00/hour Night allowance Our client is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to come and help out on one of their projects in city centre. The work will be a nightshift project, so applicants must be able to commit to these hours for the next 3-4 weeks. * Tuesday - Friday 12am - 8am * $24.00/hour + $5.00/hour Nightshift allowance * Full On Job Training Provided * PPE Provided What we are looking for: * Physically fit - this is a very physically demanding role * Right to work in New Zealand * Good work ethic and communication * Valid Site Safe advantageous * Previous experience in the construction sector preferred but not essential What is involved in the role: * Lifting and moving heavy material * Digging, sweeping, drilling and trenching * Site clean ups * Spotting machinery * General site labouring duties If this sounds like a position that you are interested in, then apply now! Your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate the drilling crew, equipment, and resources to achieve project objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with project managers/engineers to plan and execute drilling operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. * Oversee and assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of drilling crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health & safety standards. * Track drilling progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
