Disney Lady 4 year old 16hh TB mare by Shocking. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to produce a very promising, quality thoroughbred through the grades in Eventing or Showjumping. She is has easy flowing paces, a soft snaffle mouth, is very balanced and works lovely into the contact. Well established lead changes & is becoming very consistent. Couldn’t ask much more from a 4 year old! She is a bold jumper, brave but very careful. She has the scope & her technique is starting to come through - with very limited jumping as the basics have been our focus while quietly producing her. She would be a XC machine as she is so unfazed, never worried about jump fill. Lovely to have around, happy with her own company but can be paddocked with others too. Isn’t a clingy type, nor mareish. Very lightly tried as a racehorse, and retired due to lack of speed! She had a 4 week let down post racing, and spent a few weeks being dressage schooled with professional rider Sophie Griffiths while we were overcommitted. The hardwork is done and someone is going to have an absolute ball producing her. The plan was to quietly get her out and about this season but time simply doesn’t allow so she is available to a capable, competitive home. Located West Melton, Christchurch.
