Fabulous c.1930s 2 litre German beer jug with aluminium handle

This 2 litre beer jug is the most beautiful colour - a green with a hint of blue. At 32 cm high it's a real statement piece. The bubbles and inclusions are in this piece add to its charm. There is a line and the 2 l marking etched into the surface. Its lid is available but no longer attached. All the pieces are present so it could be re-attached if that is your preference but I prefer the clean lines of it without the lid. In terms of condition it is very good for its age. There is a small chip underneath the ridge where the lid was attached on the outside. I've photographed it but it isn't really noticeable. There is a more noticeable chip on the inside of the lid piece that is detached. Please look closely at the photographs as they form part of the description.
