An authentic Georgian mahogany chest of drawers, dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It features elegant fluted corners, amazing hand-cut dovetail joints, and a rich French polished finish. It has distinctive inlaid timber veneer motifs along the top edge, common in Georgian furniture. The drawers are fitted with original period brass handles, and the overall quality of craftsmanship is of a standard not seen in newer furniture.
