Our client  Our client is a leading decontamination company operating across New Zealand, providing specialized cleaning services for residential properties. They offer specialized solutions designed to address various contamination issues, ensuring homes are thoroughly cleaned and restored to their best condition. About the Position Our client is seeking a Decontamination Coordinator/Labourer to work hands-on with cleaning contracts across the South Island. In addition to decontamination and demolition of contaminated home interiors this role combines administrative responsibilities, requiring strong organisational skills and close collaboration with management and clients to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.  The position requires some travel to job locations across the South Island which will involve overnight stays, so candidates must be prepared to work away from home when required.  General hours of work at Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm, but you must be flexible and available to work overtime and weekends when required.  Duties include: * Cleaning/decontamination of residential homes - hands-on, physical work * Managing job schedules and service bookings (e.g. WOFs, vehicle servicing) * Stock and inventory management * Approximately 40% admin work  * Working closely with management and clients to ensure jobs are completed efficiently * Following all health and safety compliance as instructed We're looking for someone with: * Solid organisational and admin skills * Construction or labouring experience - preferred but not essential  * The ability to travel frequently for work * Good physical health - must be able to do manual heavy lifting * The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule * A full NZ driver's licence - must be able to drive a manual and tow/back a trailer Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay rate * All PPE, uniform & equipment supplied * Work vehicle provided * Food allowance & paid accommodation while working away from home * Potential for a permanent role for the right candidate  Please note a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol check and a Criminal history check is a part of the recruitment process.

Permanent part time cleaning - Stoke/Tahuna area. We require one or possibly two staff (to suit the hours). This position is a little different regarding hours and would suit someone residing close by in Tahuna or Stoke. Hours are: Saturday and Sunday mornings - Approx 1.25 - 1.5 hours. Perhaps 7am to 8.15am- could be done earlier if desired. Also looking for someone to perform a top-up clean Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday for approx 1 hour around lunch time. (One person could potentially do both jobs, or we are open to employ two different people). As the hours are smaller we will assist people with some travel time or car costs to undertake these positions.
