The Opportunity Are you ready to step into a leadership role that blends hands-on cleaning with team supervision and client engagement? ISS Facility Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning teams across designated sites. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services, ensuring team performance, meeting contractual requirements, and upholding our commitment to health, safety, and excellence. What You’ll Do *Supervise and work alongside cleaning teams to ensure service standards are consistently met. *Implement staff rosters and cleaning schedules within set budgets and timeframes. *Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to a diverse team. *Maintain strong client relationships and address issues or service variations promptly. *Oversee stock and consumables management and ensure timely and accurate timesheet submissions. *Lead toolbox talks, team meetings, and safety briefings to ensure a strong HSE culture. What You’ll Bring *2–5 years' experience in cleaning supervision or similar leadership roles. *Proven ability to manage teams and cleaning operations across multiple or complex sites. *Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and cleaning best practices. *Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. *Certificate or Diploma in Business or Cleaning (preferred but not essential if experience is sufficient). *Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to site needs as required.
