This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to succeed the current Managing Director and play a significant role in leading our thriving consultancy engineering team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage engineering projects across Geotechnical, Structural, and Civil Engineering disciplines. - Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering staff. - Collaborate with clients to understand and address their challenging briefs. - Oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the practice. - Actively engage in business development activities to ensure continued growth. Candidate Profile: We welcome applications from: - Current Chartered Engineers with significant experience in relevant disciplines. - Graduate Engineers who are on the verge of achieving Chartership (final examinations due within the next 3 months). Qualifications Required: - Professional Chartered Engineer status. - Proven experience in Geotechnical, Structural, and Civil Engineering. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
