Description

Experience, leadership, knowledge, passion and skill required to handle this challenge! A great opportunity to join and lead a team unlike any other. 2 restaurants, 2 kitchens + prep kitchen 18 Chefs and 9 kitchen hands. I require an incredibly strong and confident chef with a minimum of 5 years experience in senior positions of quality establishments. A chef who is willing to work hard to earn the respect of the team and lead by example. I need an individual able to handle and organise large volumes of staff, food and customers but also be tuned into the finer details of serving great food, running a tight service and keeping a happy team. The successful applicant will want to be in charge - to have the desire and confidence to make the big calls and be rewarded in return. I need a chef to help me drive this massive machine and to make something that they are proud to say they had a major influence in running - write menus, design dishes, collaborate with like-minded and talented chefs who love cooking and creating an awesome work environment. Your primary role will be the day to day running of a busy kitchen, ordering, training staff and quality control, also working with the Sous Chefs and myself - Executive Chef, to create new menus and to implement new kitchen procedures. This position will suit a chef with a passion for food and love for the hospitality industry.
