The contract has changed hands for the first time in 24 years. Applejack is an award-winning, fast-growing Sydney operator founded by Hamish Watts and Ben Carroll, with 15 venues and more coming online through 2024 to 2026. They were crowned 2024 Australian Liquor Industry Awards Bar Operator of the Year. Shift times vary across the week and you must be able to work at least one day over the weekend. The wage band for this role is $28 - $35 per hour depending on experience.
