The contract has changed hands for the first time in 24 years. Applejack is an award-winning, fast-growing Sydney operator founded by Hamish Watts and Ben Carroll, with 15 venues and more coming online through 2024 to 2026. They were crowned 2024 Australian Liquor Industry Awards Bar Operator of the Year. The opportunities Full Time - Chef de Partie, AU$80,000 pa (about NZ$89.2k) - Sous Chef, AU$90,000 pa (about NZ$100k) - Plus Australian Superannuation at 12% on top, paid by the company.
