About Walter’s Tavern Walter’s Tavern is Queenstown’s newest pub on Ballarat Street, taking over from the iconic Pig & Whistle. Recently renovated, it blends heritage charm - timber finishes, fireplaces - with a modern, two-level design featuring a lively bar, mezzanine dining, and a terrace with mountain views. The Role We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our refreshed kitchen team. You’ll help deliver a menu of elevated pub classics with a modern Kiwi twist—approachable, hearty, and full of flavour.
