Ship Bunk beds

Bunks. Two sets of ships bunks from HMS Monowai, Port and Starboard configuration. Bought at the ship’s auction in 1960 they have served as bunks at a family bach for four generations and are now available to a new owner. Solid oak end boards with solid brass interlocking fittings. Support batons have been subject to a little unfortunate DIY mod which do not show under mattress supports, otherwise in original condition, except for 65 years of family service. Two ladders for access to top bunks, with brass holding hooks, are examples of solid marine carpentry. Buyer must collect from address in Waikanae, Kapiti Coast, or arrange freight at own cost.
