Cafe Barista Superstar!

Christchurch City, Canterbury Region, New Zealand
Do you believe the world needs more delicious coffee and baked goods?
Do you believe in quality, integrity, and community?
If so – we might want to meet you.
We’re looking for a Barista to help us on our quest. We make hundreds of the best coffees and perfectly made pastries for the people of Ōtautahi daily. We’re a well oiled machine and we’re on the hunt for another great team member. We are growing fast and we need you to help us be as efficient and effective as possible.
You’ll be working in a front of house team full of driven and ambitious people, and be working between our stores at Buchan St and the Welder, with plenty of coffee to drink and the smell of fresh bread and pastries to motivate you. You’ll be working with premium beans and equipment to pour some of the best brews in the city.
We have 60+ staff working round-the-clock to get our bread and pastries delivered to a variety of retail and wholesale customers daily. Which means there’s an amazing base of loyal customers visiting us everyday for their bakery fix – so you should be someone who is confident, energetic, composed, and consistent.
And, along with coffee making, we need your hand in cleaning, ordering supplies, and even prepping food for service.
In a nutshell – we need a coffee pro to invest in our high standards of quality. We need someone who is detail oriented and focused, but also a team player who finds joy in a fast-paced environment.
