Description

About the Role: We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Assembly Person to join our team. You’ll be assembling brand new agricultural spraying equipment to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality, as well as assisting in other areas such as dispatch and deliveries when needed but not limited too. This role is hands-on and will involve lifting products that can weigh up to 25 kg. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and work unsupervised when required. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble brand new agricultural spraying equipment to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Read and follow pick lists accurately to prepare and complete orders. * Assist with dispatching customer orders. * Lift products weighing up to 25 kg as part of daily tasks. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area. * Work closely with a small, supportive team. * Assist with deliveries when required. * Operate forklift (training provided if needed). * Meet deadlines and production targets. * Adapt to changing priorities and follow instructions. * Work independently and solve problems as they arise * Pride in your work Skills & Attributes: * Hard-working with a positive, “can-do” attitude. * Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. * Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kg regularly. * Able to read and understand pick lists accurately. * Fluent in English (written and verbal). * Good time management skills. * Fast learner who can work independently or as part of a team. * Reliable, punctual, and flexible. * Ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised. * Forklift experience is an advantage but not essential. * Mechanical & Basic Electrical background is an advantage. * Willing to help in other areas of the business when needed. * Basic Computer Skills What We Offer: * Supportive team culture. * Varied and hands-on work on brand new equipment. * Weekends off for family time. * We offer a drug free and alcohol free enviroment * Work is clean and working with new equipment * Varied Work Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents Pay will be based off experience All CVs and Questions must be submitted via email(No phone calls)
