Seriously, if you're built for it, you'll thrive. Key Responsibilities: Operate Machinery: Efficiently run and manage manufacturing machines to produce high-quality products. Inspect Materials: Check raw materials for quality and ensure they meet production requirements Monitor Production: Continuously oversee the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any operational issues with machinery to minimize downtime. Documentation: Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs of machine performance and maintenance activities. Maintain Safety Standards: Follow and enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery. * Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
