They're looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Factory Process Leader to organise the laminating process, keep production flowing, and make sure everything meets their high quality standards. You'll be making sure the process runs like clockwork and that the team has what they need to do their best work. This role is working 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work Saturdays as required.
