We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and compassionate individual to join our Payroll and Rostering Team as a Rostering and Workforce Coordinator. Our Role | Ko wai mātou Do you thrive on solving puzzles, managing moving parts, and keeping things running smoothly? This role is central to ensuring our services run seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating rosters, managing leave, and supporting workforce planning across our organisation. You’ll work closely with leaders and support staff to ensure that our partners receive consistent, person-centered support. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and updating rosters across multiple services Managing planned and unplanned leave, including proactive coverage Liaising with team leaders to ensure staffing needs are met Communicating with staff and leaders to resolve rostering issues Supporting permanent reliever team members scheduling What we’re looking for: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping A confident and professional telephone manner, along with a strong customer A proactive approach to problem-solving and forward planning A professional and friendly phone manner A sense of humour and a commitment to teamwork Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration (preferred) Team Member Benefits | Ngā Painga mō ngā Mema o te Tema WellYOU!
