Do you enjoy building strong client relationships, solving problems, and working with technology — all while being surrounded by music? If so, AMS Nightlife has the perfect role for you! Since 2004, AMS Nightlife has been a market leader in music and entertainment solutions. We power the soundtracks in bars, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores across New Zealand, combining innovation, tech, and a love of music to create unforgettable customer experiences. We’re now looking for an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — providing training, managing account changes, offering Tier 1 technical support, and making sure our clients are getting the very best out of their AMS Nightlife product. What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive calls and follow-ups, providing training and Tier 1 technical support when needed. You’ll manage ownership transfers, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, while also working with clients at risk of leaving to develop save strategies. Alongside this, you’ll spot upselling opportunities, support account growth, and use CRM and Microsoft tools to stay organised and keep everything running smoothly. What we’re looking for: - 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or another client-facing role. - Strong communication skills — professional, friendly, and confident on the phone. - Tech savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly. - Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle a busy workload. - A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure. - Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ideally with a genuine love of music! Why join AMS Nightlife? We’re a tight-knit team who are passionate about music, technology, and delivering the best for our clients. You’ll enjoy variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
