As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for an experiencedWarehouse Managerto lead and inspire our warehouse team based in Epsom. This is a key leadership role where your systems thinking, operational know-how, and team-first approach will help us deliver seamless, efficient service behind the scenes. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Proven experience in warehouse or logistics leadership * Confidence using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Carton Cloud * A process-focused mindset with a love for continuous improvement * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * A warm, people-first approach—you’re generous with support and honest with feedback * Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization * Physical capability to assist with manual handling when needed * A full driver’s license (forklift license a bonus) WHAY YOU'LL DO * Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, pick/pack, dispatch, and inventory flow * Manage layout, workflow, and costs to ensure smooth, scalable processes * Drive a strong culture of care, safety, and accountability in line with compliance standards * Maintain accurate stock levels through systems, cycle counts, and reporting * Collaborate with Planning to ensure timely replenishment and dispatch * Champion the use and improvement of our WMS (Carton Cloud) * Build and support a high-performing team through leadership and training * Plan and adapt staffing around seasonal and business need * Foster pride and positivity in warehouse culture and space * Oversee accurate and timely e-commerce and wholesale fulfilment * Partner with Customer Service and Wholesale teams to solve stock issues and enhance experience * Manage a smooth, customer-focused returns process * Identify and implement innovations across automation, sustainability, and smarter reporting ABOUT US We’re a locally owned New Zealand business passionate about thoughtful retail and creating meaningful experiences—for our team, our customers, and our wider community.
