OUR ROLE We’re looking for outgoing, down-to-earth, enthusiastic Wētā Cave Hosts, who are bilingual in Mandarin and English (and who have a passion for storytelling) to help us deliver great event experiences. As a Cruise Host, you'll be the first point of contact for cruise passengers and crew, providing them with essential services at the Cruise Terminal, and offering key information to help them make the most of their visit to Wellington. As the face of both CentrePort and the city, you'll act as an ambassador for Wellington, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and informed. Key Responsibilities: * Set up the Cruise berth prior to cruise arriving. * Meet and greet international cruise visitors to Wellington. * Ensure passengers visit is safe and seamless. * Assist visitors with the services provided on the cruise berth. * Provide information to cruise visitors relating to their visit to Wellington. * Monitor local tour operators and assist with passenger transfers. * Ensure crew are completing tasks in line with CentrePort's Health and Safety protocol.
