The work will involve painting a variety of industrial and agricultural equipment, including: * Waste and tannery waste bins * Heavy-duty metal containers * Farming and agricultural equipment * Steel structures, frames, and components Key Responsibilities: * Preparing metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming * Applying industrial coatings using spray guns (booth painting) * Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail * Following health and safety standards and procedures * Working closely with a small, supportive team What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in industrial spray painting, ideally in a booth painting environment * Strong understanding of industrial coating systems and surface preparation techniques * Experience working with small to large-scale metal products * A background in engineering, fabrication, or metalwork would be an advantage * Pass pre-employment Drug screening * Current NZL work entitlement.
