With sadness we offer our rare LHD Jaguar Vanden Plas, for sale for genuine reluctant reasons. This Jaguar is a W40, stretched version Vanden Plas limo, purchased in the United States and is the only one in New Zealand. Originally a chauffeured car for American Corporate owners. It was shipped to New Zealand two years ago by the present owner and has remained the majority of its New Zealand ownership in covered dry storage as a collector's immaculate prized classic vehicle. The car has an interior factory fitted rear window sun-screen blind and also a factory sun-roof. Also included is an immaculate Jaguar car cover and a Jaguar front dashboard sun shield. Cream Leather and wood interior fittings. A Gold- green exterior immaculate factory paint finish. The car has a battery isolation switch to disconnect the electrical system for storage without electronics operating. The engine is a 3.9 fully injected twin cam engine. The owner has had spark plugs, electric HT leads and distributor cap replaced on agent's maintenance advice; also a new replacement air condition pump to comply with New Zealand specifications and NZ Gas requirements. The owner has the car regularly serviced by a Jaguar Service company and there is also available, (Not included in the sale) a set of three manuals “Parts Catalogue”, “Repair Manual”, and “Workshop Manual” which can be sold separate to the vehicle sale.
