Ensuite room available in a new Mount Wellington Townhouse – Move-in available from 19th July (or earlier if needed)! We have ensuite room available as our lovely flattie is off to travel the world. We have been here just over 8 months and are looking for someone who works full-time and enjoys a peaceful, well-kept home. The Room: - Rent: $250 per week including expenses - Unfurnished* but comes with your own ensuite - Bond: $1000 - Move-in cost: $1250 ( 1st weeks rent + bond) Please note: the drawers, clothes rack and bed & mattress (which are also about 8 months old) are available to be purchased with room rental. About the Flat: - We are a quiet, clean, and well-maintained flat that is a sanctuary to come home to after the 9-5 grind - You will be living with two other girls (mid 20s to 30s) who are very busy with work gym and life. We love to have a chat in passing but equally happy doing our own thing - The house will be fully furnished so all you’ll need to bring is yourself and your room furniture. - No pets, couples, or smokers (sorry!).
