We have a room going for rent available from July 16th at our lovely and charming flat in sunny Lyall Bay! We rather find someone to stay long term, but happy to take work holiday visa holders if you work on finding a replacement for the room before you leave. Two bathrooms/toilets and a recently renovated shower room with tub. The house itself is right across the beach and next to a bus stop, with plenty of free parking on the street. You’d be living with 4 others, a couple and two singles, mostly international (spanish, chilean, brazilian and a kiwi), social, tidy, and responsible, but also enjoy their privacy and independency. The flat has awesome vibes and awesome views that we never get tired of! Surfers welcome! Bond is $405. Message for any more details or to come check up the room. The room is furnished, with blankets, sheets and towels. It has a shared balcony with an amazing view. xx No pets or smokers. Flatmates mostly international from different nationalities. Chilled, social but respectful of everyone’s space. We all love the place we live in, right in front of the beach and with really cool vibes!
