Regulating the temperature of ovens, grills, and all other cooking equipment. Seasoning food during cooking. Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities. May train other kitchen support staff and apprentices. Monitor kitchen stock levels and complete daily and weekly stock orders as necessary. To undertake daily and weekly cleaning duties to ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen is always maintained. In accordance with the HACCP standards.
