We are looking for an experienced baker that is passionate about making sourdough breads for our community Early morning oven work and mid morning work on the bench shaping with the team . Prefer at least 2 years experience in high volume bakery Mixing doughs, weighing up ingredients Folding,shaping and scoring doughs Operating a deck oven and able to bake to our high standards. Overseeing production schedules and having attentive overview of daily orders This positions requires a mature, engaged and passionate mindset along with the ability to multi task, follow detailed instructions and work in an organised and efficient manner We work in a close small team so respectful, clear communication, positive outlook and reliability are really important to provide a work space that everyone can enjoy Option for a 4 day work week available Work with us and enjoy all the benefits of a Hawke's Bay lifestyle
