Join the team at Mosaic Venues! Mosaic is the new banner company, bringing together Mr Go’s, Ombra, Kisa, Parla, and LTD. Events, led by founder Dean White. Mr Go’s opened in 2016, with the purchase of Ombra (est. in 2013) in 2018. LTD. Events followed in 2021 and was the birthplace of Kisa as a pop-up restaurant, before Kisa’s permanent location opened in 2022. In July 2025, our newest restaurant, Parla, will open in Island Bay, Wellington. We focus on accessible, considered and distinct offerings, shaped by our values of professionalism, warmth and consistency. We've built an excellent reputation for great food, drink and hospitality. We're currently hiring for senior Chef de Parties across our two modern sites Parla and Kisa. These are full-time positions, but we are also open to part-time candidates who are a good fit for our team. We will consider working holiday applicants who can commit to 4-6 months. Parla opens in early July, with recruitment starting now and start dates to follow shortly. Dinner is served from 4 pm on Monday and Tuesday, and lunch and dinner are available from 12 pm on Wednesday to Sunday at Kisa. Parla is closed on Mondays but opens from 8 am to offer Island Bay innovative and delicious brunch, lunch, and dinner. You’ll need to present with: * 2 years chef experience at reputable, busy establishments. * Relaxed, confident and positive attitude with high energy levels and resilience * Quality cooking. We expect every plate, every time, to be at an excellent standard. * Stocktaking and stock rotation skills, with a good understanding of kitchen financials, we will provide training. * Willingness to upskill and train junior team members * Ability to handle pressure and busy periods * A desire to learn and progress * A good understanding and management of dietary requirements * Embody our values, be a genuinely good person who wants to come to work each day, and contribute to a positive and supportive restaurant * A high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness and an understanding of the importance of our food safety plan * Flexible availability across a seven-day work roster. We can work around other commitments. You do not need experience in Mediterranean cuisine.
