Sous chef : Full time -Support the executive chef in menu planning , kitchen management and food preparation. -Manage and train junior chefs and kitchen assistant. -Assume responsibilities in the head chef absence. -Make sure food control plan has to be maintain and up to date. -Ensure dishes are prepared to high standard, presented attractively and delivered promptly. Chef de Parties / Kitchen Assistant: Part time / full time -Support the station chef in food preparation, cooking and presentation. -Develop culinary skills ,knowledge and technique under the guidance of senior chefs. Assist chefs with food preparation ,cooking and cleaning. -Ensure kitchen is clean ,organize and safe. -Ensure Daily cleaning , weekly and monthly cleaning is maintained. Help with receiving and storing ingredients and managing waste and maintaining equipment.
