Key Responsibilities: * Class 2 Operator * Greet and assist customers on-site in a friendly and professional manner * Safely guide vehicles through the site as a spotter to prevent hazards or incidents * Sort and separate recyclable materials as per site procedures * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment * Carry out general labouring tasks and follow instructions from supervisors * Adhere to all Health & Safety and environmental regulations What You'll Need: * Minimum Class Two.  Class 4 is a bonus but must have Road Ranger Gear Box experience. * A strong focus on health, safety, and teamwork * Good communication skills and a helpful attitude * Physically fit and capable of performing manual work * Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor conditions * Previous experience in waste, recycling, or labouring roles is an advantage What We Offer: * Full PPE gear and on-the-job training * Stable hours with a supportive team environment * Opportunity to contribute to sustainable waste solutions in your community Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
