Boat Builder – Fibreglass Specialist Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm | Penrose We’re seeking a skilled Boat Builder / Laminator with strong experience in fibreglass and composite materials to join our marine team. What we’re looking for: • Hands-on experience in fibreglass boat construction, repairs, lay-ups, moulding, trimming, and finishing • Competent with hand-lay and vacuum-bagging techniques • Able to carry out repairs, sanding, preparation, fairing, and finishing to a high marine standard • Confident using hand and power tools • Attention to detail, reliable, and able to work effectively in a small, close-knit team • Clean police record What’s on offer: • Full-time, ongoing work (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) • Great hourly rates + consistent hours • Clean, well-equipped workshop • Supportive and professional marine team Interested?
