On offer -Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 11:30pm to 8:00pm -Working for a Global Company -Attractive Hourly Pay Rates  -Stable Work Force -Growth Opportunities -Great Team Culture -Based in Greerton Duties and Responsibilities -Mechanical assembly of commercial equipment, including mechanical fitment of sub-assemblies, painted weldments, gearboxes, drive systems, electrical and hydraulic components -Participate in daily production toolbox meetings -Participate in a culture on continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality, and efficiency -Taking ownership and responsibility Skills Required -Previous assembly or maintenance of similar commercial equipment -Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers -Experience within a production/manufacturing environment -Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing -Work efficiently within a small team to maximise -Have the right to live and work in New Zealand   If this sounds like you please apply online and for a further chat please contact Jake on 021508755
