Key Responsibilities * Supervise all outbound operations including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch * Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer SLAs * Ensure strict compliance with FSP (Food Safety Program) * Coordinate with transportation/logistics to schedule and monitor deliveries * Lead and develop outbound team members, including assigning tasks, coaching, and performance management * Monitor stock movement to reduce errors and shrinkage * Ensure safe and clean work areas according to health and safety standards * Track and report on daily outbound metrics (volumes, DIFOT, errors, etc.) * Implement continuous improvement processes for outbound flow, layout, or productivity Core Skills * Strong leadership and communication * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively * Solid knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) * Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude * Ability to coach and motivate a team Experience Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Certificate or degree in a related field preferred * Certificate in MPI AP (Ministry for Primary Industries Accredited Person) Essential * Driver’s license * Operational machinery licenses relevant to the role * Proficient in Chinese - Advantageous Years Experience * Minimum (2-3) two to three years - Ideal (5) five years `)
