* Team Leader opportunity * A work environment that is fun, fast-paced and customer focused * Monday to Friday 5:00am-1:30pm About the role: Based at the Briscoe Group Distribution Centre in Wiri/Drury we have a fixed-term vacancy for an experienced, reliable and dedicated team leader to work as a Team Leader in the store person team. This is a busy and physical role so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must. We need someone who wants to get stuck in and make this role their own! This is a fixed term position, ending March 2026. Responsibilities will include * Supervising and leading teammates * Processing and dispatching inwards and outwards goods * Maintaining accurate inventory records * Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and correct * Ensuring that your workplace is tidy, clean and well organized. * Workflow planning * Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role you will need: * A full (clean) drivers licence. * Hands on people management experience is a must * The ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills * A workplace Health and Safety focus * Exceptional attention to detail * To be driven and motivated to achieve * To be physically fit * A can-do / will-do attitude About the Company: Briscoe Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a partner of First Foundation and a proud supporter of Cure Kids.
